這本書主要在描寫二個好朋友在吃西瓜的同時隨興創造出來的一些即興韻文，
例如：

"Did you ever see a goose kissing a moose, Down by the bay?"

這是一首古老的韻文,所以全書念起來相當具有節奏感。書後還附有音符喔!
