這本書最令我感動的是最後一驀當Phantom的老公來找牠時，Paul決定要讓牠離開，恢復牠的自由，讓牠重新回到喜歡的大草原上。雖然失去了Phantom，已經獨立的Misty留了下來，這個結果是皆大歡喜！
